The PlayStation Network and Qriocity are offering some free goodies to their customers in North America. The "Welcome Back" program will be made available to all existing registered PSN and Qriocity users in US and Canada, shortly after full restoration of the service.

Now that PlayStation Network is once again operational, a great many of you are once again enjoying playing games online. Of course, that’s only part of the Network’s offerings – and you’ve got some questions about how the downtime affected planned releases and online events. Playstation Network Restoration UPDATE

Sony announced on Twitter that they started restoring services in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico and South America. Plus an announcement on experiencing heavy loads on their servers due to increased passwords reset requests.
