All games are developed using HTML5 and CSS3, this way you can use a URL and an HTML5/CSS3 enabled browser to let your cats play the games. Of course you would want to open these up in your iPad or Android tablet and let your cats use the touchscreen rather than your mouse...or worse, your 27" inch IPS monitor that doesn't support touchscreen features. :p
